by looking at the plenty of afro-ricans there are here in NY, NJ etc..boricua, moena!
Do you live in the Tri-State area? Or have been around a bunch of Puerto Ricans? I have and like I stated I have many in my family. Puerto Ricans from my experience are one of the most black conscious behind Haitians(if you count them as latinos which they technically are) and Brazilians. I have seen many even the white looking ones like one of my pasts friends(who's now in the marines) claim how they have black members in their family or part black with pride. Again just my experience. Which is why I asked you do you live around Puerto Ricans. What's the point of having black DNA when they are in denial? That goes for black folk in the states too. Pro-black is a state of mind.
this fukking cac...mike is a star and this the best thing you can identify his & your blackness with?...
At the end of the day, even though it is debatable that most PR's have some black ancestry, most PR's don't identify as black because there is no one drop rule in Puerto Rico like there is in America. Hella black people in America are fukked in the head because of all the rampant white racism we have here. We have people in America who are much, much whiter than they are black preaching death to all white people on some black Neo-Nazi shyt. But being white in America is an exclusive club. If you are half-black/half-white, America sees you as black, if you are half-Asian/half-white, white America sees you as Asian. White supremacy in America is blatant as fukk. Even if you are a quadroon who looks as white as the rapper Logic, white America still considers you as black as Wesley Snipes. Americans don't understand the varying racial politics of Latin America. Hella black people in Latin America would be considered "white" or "brown". Nearly 80% of PR's on the island self-identify as white even though it has been proven that most PR's are a generational mix of white, black and taino. But "whites" in Latino countries are not like the peckerwoods we have here in America culturally.
They dont like nikkas point blank period. Its just haitian make a good amount of black population in that neighborhood. I remember living in Hispanic neighborhood(short amount period) in Orlando, that shyt didnt feel right. It was nice and good ppl but they was looking down on nikkas...I didn't like that shytSouth Orlando is mostly Haitian and Puerto Rican though. Puerto Ricans really don't like Haitians. I mean really.
Mike was more than an entertainer. He done so much for the black people around the world that you couldn't comprehend. He owned Paul McCarthy publishing on top of that.

Rapper N.O.R.E is Puerto Rican and yet he identifies as both black and PR.
I know of problack Hispanics. Problem is that they are rare as hell.

I would add Afro-Colombians and Afro-Panamanians to that list.Do you live in the Tri-State area? Or have been around a bunch of Puerto Ricans? I have and like I stated I have many in my family. like i said mike was a star he did so much for blacks but the best way to honor him is with a sonic the hedge hog avatar? ...not a pic of him (or any black person since your pro-black) but a pic of a fukking cartoon? a grown black man with a sonic the hedge hog avatar ? nah you white you aint convincing shyt...
I played Sonic as a kid. I ain't say that it was the biggest Michael Jackson inspiration, but as a grown black man, I ain't limited to a stiff paradigm that enslaved other people. Not all black folk that are pro black are predictable.
I would add Afro-Colombians and Afro-Panamanians to that list.
We're talking about Puerto Ricans in the state.
