I came in here ready to agree with you until I read you think 80 degrees in the house is fine. Bruh that’s too fukking hot. 80 degrees and a ceiling fan ain’t doing shyt but making people angry. It’s definitely too hot to sleep in that. 74-76 is an acceptable cool range. If you doing some sort of activity drop it down a little more temporarily.

My wife is a dumbass and turns the AC off until it gets 79 degrees then she panics and turns it to 75 and complains the house isn’t cooling down fast enough. She absolutely cannot comprehend that if you keep the AC on at night at a steady temp then the house will have an easier time staying cool. I told her when these AC units fry because of her dumb ass she paying the 10k to have them replaced.

Kinda? That might as well be death here. You guys must live in states with low humidity. If the thermostat reads >75, it's practically approaching death, I set it to 72.

I mean im used to it  but this dude chose to make it hotter in the summer in his own house, WHILE it's HOT outside...:heh: da fukk?!? usually if it's scorching hot i will have the AC on blast fukk it...

Right. I can feel when it’s above 74 inside... It starts to get uncomfortable. Once our AC went out and it was 79 inside…

We had to leave the house until it was fixed. This dude sitting inside with it on 80 with a jacket on. He’s gotta be anemic or something. That’s not normal

Hi

This thread is interesting to me. I don't really like A/C. I even sleep in 85+ degree weather. However, if someone else was with me, I'd make sure they are comfortable. The A/C can be on and I'd just wear a sweater if I feel to cold.

How ya'll be saying above 75 is too hot? Is ya'll AC too small for the house or something? AC on 78 and I be about to freeze when that bytch running. If I put that guy on 72 I'd have icicles hanging from the ceiling.:gucci:

This is what I'm saying. The A/C on 78 in this house is ice cold. Our air works VERY well. She keeps it on 75 at night and it feels like fukking Siberia. I be hearing the air rushing through the vent sounding like a winter storm.
