I still have the CD. Was listening to this album last night and Slim was spittin his ass off. You could hear how hungry he was. If it ain't the best it's top 3
It's in my top 5 or surely top 10 NL albums, just sounded differently (like Bleed's album too). Loved Street Life, FWIWT, Whats Up Whats Happenin, Law Brekaz, Me N My Cousin, Head Buster...yeah the NL Party cut was just foolin' around with an old song, Slim wasn't always ultra serious
No Limit is a showtime/Netflix series waiting to happen. You rarely hear a dull story
True, especially with all the incarcerations (C, Mac, Gambinos, Skull, Mystikal...) and deaths (Big Ed, Magic, Slim, plus Kevin Miller, Mia's parents dying young in the same year, Fiend's brother, Randall Watts, Mystikal's sister...) surrounding NL. Successful and mega tragic story
