COVID exposed a lot of unhappy couples

Another covid memory is at the start of it, car dealers were desperate to get people to get cars to the point that they were slashing prices and offering up 0% financing. Real estate was wild to where people were getting stupid low interest rates on home loans and refinances.

People were really getting extreme. I never did any grocery washing, or hand washing, I stopped with the hand sanitizer about 2 weeks in, thought this is going to just lead to extreme anxiety and unhealthy behavior, if I keep this up.

I heard people wash their shoes down, and spray down all sorts of things. It never seemed reasonable that touching a wall or something could infect you. The masking was more strenuous, and harder to avoid.

Summer 2020 was surreal. I went on dates. I went to eat at country clubs once a week. I have a lot of hilarious stories, but I was out every single night, or day, and it was empty in San Diego. I "stayed inside" for about 36 hours, then I threw out all the shyt I got from Costco, and went to order take out, and ordered some jeans. That sums up my whole pandemic in that last week of March.

I still remember how the fears of a massive shutdown, food shortage, and toilet paper shortage were very widespread and how many grocery stores seemed so short of supplies that people were panicking over not being able to find basic toiletries and food for their families.

That really accelerated the need for Amazon and delivery too. The fear of not being able to survive was very strong especially before the George Floyd protests. In fact, I still believe that the George Floyd protests exploded the way they did partly due to how liberating it felt for people to be outside fighting for a cause.

I still spray and clean stuff that I bring into my house. As I was saying before, that makes more sense than the way we was doing before.

I remember buying things like toys growing up for instance and coming right from the store with it and getting in my bed with it. Man, that's nasty. How many sick folks (people who got hepatitis or aids or covid or the flu or are just sick) touched it before I bought it?

It makes all the sense in the world to clean stuff before it enters the house.

I remember when I used to go out places like to a store or concert or the movies and then come right home and sit on my bed. Man, that's nasty.

The pandemic taught me to be cleaner and more sanitary.

Funny enough the his level of thinking will have you more sick. Your immune system will be trash, it’s good to catch me into contact with germs and shyt.
