DellaCac is the Cavs leading scorer in a closeout game on the road in Chicago. The Bulls do stink...

The Cavs vs Bulls Series turned out like that Game(Cavs) vs 40 Glocc(Bulls) Fight. They Ran U out the building.

There's no reason either of them should be getting minutes. :manny:

You are correct! Just the fact that a guy like Corey Brewer was traded to the Rockets for a second round pick makes me furious at that Bulls FO. That guy is really contributing on that Rockets team and helped them push that series to game 7 with that 19 point 10 rebound game he had last night. Imagine if the bulls made a move for a wing like that. I believe he negates what Iman or JR smith were able to do in this series. The achilles heel for the Bulls is their FO because they don't want to take risk that will benefit this team.

It was clear all season that it was a clash of philosophy. Out the gate from Training camp thibs threw the 1st shot with the "contenders don't play rookies" comment. And it was clear garpax like always wanted to copy off the next franchise paper in how to build they team up. At 1st they were copying off the Detroit Pistons paper, now they copying off the spurs. It was clear thibs did not like the make up of the team. And it's clear now judging this performance, that the players grew tired of thibs somewhere In the season and all those losses we thought were the bulls playing down to competition and losing to bums, we're the players giving themselves they own break.

Thibs is not without fault here. I do think equally gar pax and they never want to do shyt policy stinks and it should cost them they jobs as well, but thibs was also dealt a hand and he needed to play it right. Felt like years before regardless of the roster thibs figured it out and did enough to at least get the most for the regular season, this season it felt like the players were fed up and they refused to kill themselves regardless of what thibs wanted.

I listen to bum ass rip on nbatv and to be honest he throws a lot of shots at thibs and at how thibs handle the roster. It is much evidence that thibs was likely killing the guys in practice and didn't do enough to teach offense. This might have made the players rebel.

I still feel gar forman needs to fall with thibs

I can agree with you post. Gar and Paxson have to go if Thibs leaves because those guys brought in the wrong personnel to be support players for this team.

yeah just overhaul the entire organization

while i don't think that smart because we will lose a contender and might end up with post-jordan era bulls.

One of GAR PAX needs to go - no reason to have two guys as GM

Thibs hasn't learned anything about roster, bench managmeent and his offense stinks. He should get the axe. Defense is only part of the game.

Did any Bulls players speak to the press after the game? I wanna see what the players had to say after that performance, or lack there of.

Chicago
Rose/ ????/????
Butler/ Snell/ ????
????/ Doug/ ????
Gibson? /Mirotic
Gasol/ Noah?/

  • I wish I knew a realistic idea of what a trade of Noah or Gibson would get us.
  • Brooks wasn't no where near as good as DJ was for us last season.
  • Hinrich must go.
  • Dunleavy might have to go since we need to be more athletic.

Unrestricted
DeMarre Carroll
John Jenkins
Mo Williams
Jeremy Lin
Gary Neal
Alexis Ajinca
Omer Asik?
Shane Larkin
Gerald Green
Brandan Wright?
Kevin Seraphin

Restricted
Jae Crowder
KJ McDaniels
Donald Sloan
Enes Kanter?

This is my realistic Team without knowing the financial implications. I doubt we could afford Carroll.

Rose/ Mo Williams
Butler/ Snell/ Justin Anderson
Carroll/ Doug/ Gerald Green
Gibson/ Mirotic
Gasol/ Noah/ Alexis Ajinca

Maybe I should wait until we hear word on what Coach we're running with...

Corey brewer was there, imam shumpert was there, afflalo was there, quite a few wings that could have been had

It's why I said it's not all on thibs. This front office gave him a imbalanced roster, bulls fans souped it up cause as fans it's what you do but being able to step back and look this roster was always questionable. But it became apparent that thibs wanted those kind of vet players and gar pax wanted these youngsters to develop. Clash of philosophy

Of course the ATL
What a horrible showing tonight man, shyt was a straight up funeral in a lot of ways.

Thank God for Jimmy, max that man out the second you have an opportunity. :salute:

Rose had his 'recovery' year where we couldnt put blame/expectations on him, that goes away starting opening night next season. If we're going to compete, he needs to play at an all star level on a consistent basis. Tonight was embarrassing for him lowkey ... where was his fire? where was his pride? where was the kid who used to want to kill everyone on the court? :francis:

Pau will ride out his contract, which is a bargain. Im cool with that, he had a great season and was consistent. That was everything you could have wanted/expected by him.

Noah is an expiring and has no current value. There is no point in discussing trades about him right now, if he shows value next season, you can trade him off for something then if choose.
Send his ass to Germany for the Kobe treatment. One of my all time favorite Bulls, but this season was difficult, and the playoffs even worse. Feel bad for dude ...

Hope Niko, Snell. Doug can all take big steps and be guys we can count in in the rotation. **this will require a coach to actually build their confidence and play them consistently during the regular season**

And last, certainly not least, Thibs.

It was a good ride, we saw some great success, and often times didnt have a fair shake.

I think hes a great coach, and will go somewhere and make a team better immediately. its something that I never thought I would be able to accept ... Thibs leaving, but these playoffs have made it easier ... and just the realization that the decision was already made. There is nothing you can do but make peace with it.

:salute: Thibs

:mjcry:

Let's be real for a sec breh, you and the rest of the Bulls brehs on here with the exception of @god shamgod have NEVER criticized Rose or placed expectations on him (and I'm talking about when he's healthy). He is the least criticized "superstar" of all time so spare me. He'll get the same pass he's always gotten from y'all win or lose

I said before the season Rose was getting a pass this season, and we still railed on him all year

Next year the expectations come back
