Corey brewer was there, imam shumpert was there, afflalo was there, quite a few wings that could have been had

It's why I said it's not all on thibs. This front office gave him a imbalanced roster, bulls fans souped it up cause as fans it's what you do but being able to step back and look this roster was always questionable. But it became apparent that thibs wanted those kind of vet players and gar pax wanted these youngsters to develop. Clash of philosophy
We've all known this for years though. They didn't make a deal... none of us expected them to make a deal. The front office sucks, and in this post-seaosn Tom Thibodeau sucked.

With all that considered, Kirk should not have been touching the floor.

What's interesting is when I look around the at other playoff teams young players who are contributing in the postseason, I see guys who's numbers during the regular season look close or worse than what Snell's were on comparable minutes.

Why can Doc Rivers play and use Austin Rivers and actually have him contribute for them but Thibs can't do the same with Snell?
Why can Randy Wittman play use Otto Porter and actually have him contribute for them but Thibs can't do the same with Snell?

I completely understand that the front office missed plenty of opportunities to improve the roster. But when you get to the playoffs, you have to use what you have. You don't sabotage your team by doing things that consistently don't work, or play guys who aren't giving you anything. There's no excuse for how Thibs did that nikka Snell man, none.

All dude did was play hard when he was out there. We're talking about how the Bulls needed more athleticism on the wing, when the coach is playing Hinrich over a guy who's exactly that.

What you guys need is a shotta. Someone that comes off the bench and just scores points, doesn't have to be a great defender. Maybe see if you can get Tyreke from New Orleans. Also I felt Mike Dunleavy was underused, in that series, imo.

Of course the ATL
I said before the season Rose was getting a pass this season, and we still railed on him all year

Next year the expectations come back

:beli:

That never happened and you know it. The Bulls will never get back to a championship until either D Rose is gone or he is held to the standard of being a champion. Stop babying him, y'all worse than Knicks fans and Melo

Let's be real for a sec breh, you and the rest of the Bulls brehs on here with the exception of @god shamgod have NEVER criticized Rose or placed expectations on him (and I'm talking about when he's healthy). He is the least criticized "superstar" of all time so spare me. He'll get the same pass he's always gotten from y'all win or lose
Rose %s were shyt all year, but this series and in the MIL series he restored my confidence.

He has to pick his spots better, and I hate the random 3 he takes from time to time, but we've only seen him in a Vinny Del Negro offense and a Tom Thibodeau offense. I look forward to see him in a real offense for once in his career. (hopefully)

Thibs did Snell dirty ... he ended up shooting 43 FG, 37 3PT after starting the season in such a shooting slump, that Im legit shocked he get those numbers back up to respectability

Tony showed the ability to be a good man to man defender (he still got lost sometimes on help D, and close outs), he showed the ability to put the ball on the floor and attack the rim

When Jimmy/Dunleavy got hurt, and Snell was forced into the the rotation, he gave us 10 pts on 46 FG%, 40 3P%

and then his spot in the rotation just fukking evaporated.

Makes absolutely no sense ... he should have been a fixture in the rotation this season for 20 minutes a night from day 1

Unacceptable

Can you please stop coming into our threads and try telling me what I said/think when you clearly have no idea?

The team gave up last night it was clear as day. Alot of them dudes was tired of Thibs, and u can't really blame them. Still it aint no excuse for that weak ass effort last night. Im dissappointed as fukk in Rose
Game was still in reach starting the 4th with the ball and Thibs started the quarter with the worst offensive lineup he could have came out with.

:dead:

Pau was like fukk it, Rose was on the bike like fukk it by the time he got back in the game. He was out there looking like he wasn't about to hurt himself when he knew the L was coming. He literally just passed the rock to Jimmy and let him shoot every time down.

Thibs should have developed Niko & Snell from opening day. People that watched the team this season know they both can contribute on a good team

He completely failed as a coach in that regard .. and he didnt even give Tony a fukking chance in the playoffs, absolute bullshyt Hinrich got burn over him

I honestly felt bad for him man

:mjcry:

Dude subbed him in with a minute left in the 2nd Quarter of an elimination game, what was the point of that?

Yea i felt bad for him a lil watching that unfold.. seeing bum ass Jeff Green and Matt Barnes getting burn/chances to contribute on other teams but Snell with a similar skill set ('athletic' defender, spot up shooter/slasher) can't get a sniff no matter how trash Hinrich is playing or cold Dunleavy is...

When yall beat the bucks in game 3, double OT i legit thought yall were going to win the east. Snell and Dunleavy were getting burn (26 and 29 minutes), open looks for 3s (Snell was 5 for 9, Mike 4 for 8) Hinrich barely played, and against one of the best defenses... so i figured the momentum and opportunities would carry over, with Rose Butler and Pau leading the way, surrounded by shooters/wing defenders.

Guess not :shaq2:
