I'm surprised they haven't already announced thibs is gone already. Hate to see him go but this is so reminiscent of the bears situation.
The Bulls don't want to fire him because he has 2 years left and they want compensation for him from which ever team hires him.
So we're going to see Thibs say all the right things about how he fully expects to coach here next year, and we're going to just have to wait and see how bad a team wants to pry dude away.
So... do we need a better coaching staff or do we need to clean house altogether?

I challenge ANYONE to name 2 good qualities of him as a coach besides his good defensive scheme (that practically the whole league uses now so it's not that special anymore).
His multiple shortfalls as a coach completely overrules his 1 good skill. He's a shytty fukking coach with a shytty immature attitude.
Everytime people call him a good coach they completely negate the fact that since 2008 to now the Bulls have always had a pretty good roster. ANY coach in the league would have a winning record with any of the previous bills roster. Thibs shouldn't be getting props for that.

He could be serviceable, but the bulls didn't give up as much for a younger dunleavy. They gave up the picks for who they thought would be all star potential. And I just don't see that with him.
So my suggestion is selling high for mcdermott while some teams still thinks he could be a all star, rather than it gets exposed he just another in the jj Reddikk Adam Morrison mold who will never be a star and we can't get anything of great value for him.

Exactly regarding bold you ain't seen shyt lol. Unless you in the practices or something we don't know what dude really is but I can agree maybe we shouldn't gave up the two picks for dude. I think he can be a solid starter not superstar but they have to give a real chance before I can say he's not even that. I'm like that with any player esp after the first year. If we on that flow we should have traded Noah after his first year and probably others I can't think of off top. If we do I wouldn't be fuming but I do think he needs a chance just like how Snell showed some improvement from year 1 to 2.
