the bulls quit last night. and there's NOTHING ya'll can do to make me think otherwise.
only way to explain. I was thinking they mentally checked out this series when that rally fell short in Clev. No way to explain LeBron + Kyrie having a horrible game and the Cavs blow them out by 21 at home.

Thibs likely prefers new Orleans and since they made the playoffs they 1st rd pick won't be a lottery pick. So I think that is a fair deal, or at least enough to use as leverage to get Orlando to up the ante and part with a great pick.

But at this point, it's clear thibs is gone.

I hope anthony davis signs his max deal before :coachthibs: arrives.

and I feel sorry for jrue and gordon.

Did anybody hear Colin talk about Rose and how the. Bulls were stupid to keep him just because he is from Chicago? I didn't hear the whole thing but that part of it where he also mentioned paying Kobe too much also. As far as the coaching as long as the person has the D similar and better offensive philosophies I'm all for it. Hell if Thibs would not be stubborn I'd be on board with him too but I don't think he switching it up now. I also would like to see if players like Snell and Doug are worth something to are just wasn't given enough time. I might be crazy but I feel if those two were in SA they'd be some type of bench player that contributed.
Not crazy at all. Over the past few seasons we've seen combinations of Matt Bonner, Aron Baynes, Boris Diaw, Patty Mills and Gary Neal put in major work for Popovich in the playoffs... in fact, up until he joined the Spurs, only thing Danny Green was known for was dancing with Lebron.

So even though he may pull you out quick if you're fukking up, Pop is still going to give you another chance out there... and it's clear with his development of kawhi, george hill, baynes, etc that he embraces young players and is systematic in developing their strengths. It was a patience/balance that Thibs seemed to have lacked, even though he excelled in other areas.

Why do you guys seemed opposed to the idea of Hoiberg?

Hes supposed to be an offensive, analytic, player friendly coach ... with NBA playing experience.
I'm not opposed to Hoiberg, I don't know much about his coaching style.

Just been hearing that name all year. Was curious to see if anybody else's name would pop into discussions

I'm like fukk depth at this point....Having depth don't do shyt in the playoffs, especially if you don't use it.
:whoa:

We have to factor in who is coaching before we go this route. With Tom Thibodeau, yes, depth doesn't matter.
