I think it's best they go for a newer head coach (Hoiberg, Griffin) instead of veteran cause they need to figure out what's the future of this team. After maxing out Jimmy (they better ) we gotta figure out what to do with Rose and Noah while trying to develop the youth we have. I vet coach would just be a lame duck .

Give the "core" 1 more year with limited roster tweaks and a new coach before they go on full rebuild mode?

Any chance Jimmy opts to sign a 1 year deal to keep his options open after the new CBA/TV deal kicks in?

I don't think they have to fully rebuild we have a core

We do need to tweak, but I'm afraid what that means when we have gar pax leading the way.

Dunleavy cool for the bench but we need a legit 3

I'm scared gar pax will get on a plane and woo Manu ginobli old ass here and act like they made a power move.

Quite honestly I would move mcdermott now while teams still feels he has potential and you can get something good for him, sorry dude kinda has bust written on him.
Again snell good for the bench and I would only move taj for a legit quality player, not just to dump him.
Need another back up pg too, brooks don't have it, although maybe another offensive system may help him.
