It's a fun game but balance changes need to be made for sure. Once you get above rank 10, like 75% of players use Kid Cobra or Min Min and they all either use Cracker or Hydra arms. Some nerfing needs to take place, at least on the arms.
As for the Online App, what a sick idea thia would be if you could actually voice chat through the system itself. I guarantee everyone would love it if it was just a companion piece and not the only way to chat. But that's not the case though, so it sucks and this is coming from someone who hates voice chat and never, ever uses it

ARMS atm should add more levels. The levels can play big into gameplay at times to help win matches.

Definitely. That's why Snake Park was banned from Ranked cause the moving platforms plays way too much into the outcome of matches.
I know you use a missile arm like me. So, bigger stages are better cause the missles are good for spacing. You can guide them from a really long distance even after the opponent thinks they're safe. I'm a freaking monster in the Sky Arena (Max Brass stage). Hydra and Cracker arms always give me a hard time but in Sky Arena I have a chance to beat anybody. So much space.

I like the level with the 2 large pillars and the DNA man level. I hide behind the glass tubes and the opponent keeps punching it till it breaks and I just jump and either use my special (if I have it) or go for a grab. works on suckers, but good players are ready for it.
the twintelle level had me go for my special and dude went behind the car right quick and I was just punching the car continuously. complete wasted it.

Nintendo has been transparent with the voice app from the jump. They aren't doing anything to hide how trash it's going to be.

I think they focused so much on the joycons they forgot about voice chat and said fukk it who cares
