Yeesh....if the average Democrat voter thinks like how Briahna Joy Gray described them in this interview, progressives are fucced. Kyle Kulinski & others are never gonna get their pipedream, a left-wing of the Tea Party movement, if average Dems love the establishment so much.

The average Dem doesn’t do that much thinking at all, same for the average Republican. Most people, even those who are reliable voters, have been alienated from the political process and only participate in voting every 2-4 years.

There has to be a complete reinvigoration of the local Democratic political process

Yeah, so you don't know what you're talking about - but I appreciate the cocky Hill-ready evaluation.
Nina Turner won in the Black majority districts.
Shontel Brown won in the wealthier white-majority districts. That's the beginning and the end.
It has nothing to do with the "Bernie Sanders wing" or "entitlement" or any of the other bullshyt that you're pretending to have knowledge about.

You know what breh I actually was going to write out a detailed response etc bc you seem to be an intelligent person and I know emotions are raw after a close loss but all I"m going to say is that your response only reinforces my point. It is a perfect representation of how you guys respond to losses. Deflect, zero instinct towards self reflection/introspection. It's ALWAYS someone else's fault. ALWAYS. Everyone else is dumb. Black ppl don't know what's good for them :russ:

You're like that chick who never gets along with anyone but claims everyone is a hater. If it's always someone else's fault, maybe it's actually your fault. And as far as whether I know what I'm talking about, I may disagree w/ ppl on here but I"m the type of person that if I don't know about a topic I don't spout off. But as far as understanding US politics, voters, politicians, movements etc....I've forgotten more than you'll ever know breh.

The entire project of theirs isn’t compatible with electoral politics in the Dem party especially when there’s a Dem POTUS who’s got good approval ratings.

Left wing tea party doesn’t work. The Squad isn’t doing that. Hell, Cori Bush was on Clyburn’s podcast some months ago!

It is what it is. Local state and county politics is where the energy has to go. You may find lightning in some congressional primaries and you may even get a Senate candidate or two in 2022 running progressive but that’s about it.

I'm a Cleveland nikka, who grew up in Cleveland, who has worked on Ohio campaigns for years, who actually knows this community.
I literally interned for Marcia Fudge in college :mjlol:
All of your CNN cynicism talk is just that, talk. Come to Kinsman if you've forgotten so much :mjlol:
I didn't say a single fukking word about Black people not knowing what's good for them, but you brilliant nikkas want everyone even remotely left of Clyburn to say that, you're waiting for it, desperately :unimpressed:

Anyway, I've pointed out the central issues repeatedly throughout this thread. Just go back and read those.

What's funny about neoliberals attacking the leftist movement today is when these same neoliberals lost seats in the house they blamed black protestors and the defund the police movement, but they never ever look within at their policies and change things. It's never their faults, it's the blacks for not showing up(Clinton v Trump) or the blacks for asking not to be shot in the streets through protest (Biden v Trump).

So the irony of this shyt is pretty funny.

It's not just the Dem party. That's the part you're missing. It isn't compatible with Americans.

Are you all forgetting that this experiment was centered around turning out voters who felt disenfranchised by both the left and the right.

That by tapping into to this eoyherwise apathetic voters that a progressive revolution would occur.

The truth is you guys are w a bunch of hyper educated males who are doing very well and as a result have condensed politics down to Mery class and economic policy.

It's so far out of touch with the everyday man and its why you all keep taking these Ls.

Yall want to represent something you don't appear relatable to because you ignore that social/emotional appeal.

The figureheads of the American left look and act no different than the coastal elites and limousine liberals.

Bernie Sanders campaign chair lost to a neoliberal who according to y'all had no chance.

Y'all so out of touch. :mjlol:
