The sad part is that he is though. Like really dumb. Dude didn't know the difference between a foot and a yard :snoop:

He's not dumb though. He has a disability and that's what some people (including that piece of shyt judge) are either forgetting or give no fukks about. The kid would have said anything. He was GUESSING the right answers, the answers THEY wanted to hear. You can watch the bogus confession and see that. He thought in his mind if he guessed the right answer that he would receive a pat on the head and get to go home and watch wrestling and shyt. That shyt ain't right and there's no way that confession should have held up in court. fukk that judge.

Finally got around to this, and this documentary has me like: :ohhh::patrice:

My observations:

1. Poor Brendan got thrown into this clusterfukk and I absolutely felt for him. Kid wasn't the smartest and the authorities took full advantage of that and it was very unfortunate.

2. After reading the stuff omitted (ALLEGEDLY Avery constantly calling Auto Trader and acting like he was someone else to send Halbach back to his place, allegedly being in a towel when she arrived one time and creeping her out, the alleged *67 calls), I kind of thought Avery had done it...but episodes 5-8 have me torn on who did it. Like where the hell did that blood come from that it somehow EDTA was not detected, and what person in their right mind would put her in the back of her car then burn her? Just sounds weird as shyt.

3. Almost every person that was called by Kratz and Co. on the stand for Avery's trial literally lied and/or contradicted whatever was said between their statements and testimonies in court, under oath. Colborn, Lenk, the DNA chick with the Nancy Grace cut, Hillegas, Mike Halbach, etc. all made some shyt up somehow someway and nobody took notice, especially with the timeline of events.

4. Is it me, or should Mike Halbach AND Hillegas have been arrested for tampering with evidence by deleting the voicemails and "guessing her password"? Halbach's funny style mannerisms made him even more of a suspect IMO (like when he was talking about grieving Teresa's death when she was just reported missing and not found dead yet), not to mention Hillegas being known for allegedly stalking Teresa and another ex of his.

5. Bobby Dassey and Scott Tadych seemed sus as hell, and it seems like they were covering each other's ass and said anything that would get Steven in the slammer because of his past and allegedly molesting Brendan.

6. That damn blood vial. THE. BLOOD. VIAL. The seal to keep the blood tube safe was broken and that syringe hole on the top of the vial should have opened a whole new can of worms on the prosecution and the authorities...but the judge didn't give a shyt and unfortunately didn't do anything.

I'm torn on who killed Teresa. Can't decide between Teresa's brother, her ex, Scott, or Bobby...I think it's the brother or ex more than anyone else, cause remember, the police didn't look for one important thing when it comes to murders...loved ones.

Netflix done did it again, awesome doc :salute:

"The juror contacted us directly ... and went on to describe the jurors ultimately trading votes in the jury room and explicitly discussing, 'If you vote guilty on this count, I will vote not guilty on this count,'" Ricciardi said.
The juror told the filmmakers that they hoped a split verdict would send a message to the appellate courts to give Avery a new trial.

"That was sort of their plan but obviously it didn’t work out that way," Ricciardi said.
“This juror said that they have been open about what they told us and that if someone were to ask they would admit to being a source,” Ricciardi said.

Absolutely disgusting. nikkas were trading votes that decided the fate of a man's life like a fukkn pokemon.

Best backcourt in the league... :wow:

:heh: real shyt every time they went back to their desk to pick up a document, they were coming back with some FIYAH

In my opinion this tactic is leaps and bounds ahead of that bullshyt that Adnan's lawyer was doing on the Serial Podcast.

I legit looked at my screen like :dahell: listening to that dumbass judge state that special need kid was not coerced...

Those pigs provided all the details, all the kid did was say uh huh because all he wanted was to go home...When they were asking about the gun shot to the head dude was CLEARLY guessing...He had no idea what the fukk they wanted to hear from him hence the "uhhh we cut her hair" which makes no fukking sense...Then the pig gets tight and says ok im just going to say it you shot her in the head...In fact nothing they coerced that kid into saying made any fukking sense according to the evidence...How you gon rape and slit somebodies throat on a mattress and there's no DNA evidence anywhere...:dahell:
but that's not coercing the special needs child according to that piece of shyt judge...:dahell:

those jurors must have been morons.

The prosecutor tried to say Brendans demeanor was such b/c he was remoreseful and hiding guilt....but ANYONE with half a brain could see his demeanor and body language, and just his face in general was that of a person with some form of retardation.

But in the end, they had to convict him b/c they convicted Steven Avery...and their alleged "involvements" were intertwined.

any word on his girlfriend that just left him out of the blue?

That was a little strange.

She was down for the cause, then suddenly it was over.
