I didn't want to say this, because I absolutely love Magic and don't want to take anything away from it, I already said I have it as my #5 Nas album..

but with Nas straight up saying "KD3 on the way, this just to feed the buzz"... and the timing of the surprise release, in the weeks prior we had:
Jay saying no one can beat him in a versus, Gibbs throwing out shots, Boldy/Alc releasing their surprise 2nd album of the year, everyone's end of the year lists dropping - many of which slighted KD2, etc.... it feels like Nas and Hit already had a bunch of joints recorded for KD3 (more than 9), and said fukk it, let's just drop these 9 tracks of pure magic and remind everyone who is KONY/ GOAT/best producer in the world at the moment, right before the new year
and if that theory is correct, they must've saved better joints for KD3, and are definitely in the studio probably right now still as I type this.. as someone else pointed out, they're getting better and better

KD3 is gonna be incredible
but still enjoying Magic and KD2 for now

He was gaslighting you and had the audacity to say this write-up was him giving Nas his flowers. What made you call him a talented writer? Bc I didn’t read anything in the article that said talent. I read the same bullshyt narrative. Throughout the article all he did was give Nas backhanded compliments. You thought his response to you was “fair enough?”
