The Ochoa brothers were wealthy and powerful before the birth of the Madellin Cartel so that’s true, but when Pablo became Pablo? No human being controlled him except maybe Gustavo. Fabio was probably his mentor like how Felix had one. Once Felix became The Godfather, that was over.

I thought season three was sensational. They have hit home run after home run with these four seasons.

Season 1 and 2 had a ton of action for sure, and gut reaction is that I liked those seasons more, but thinking back to season 3, that might have actually been my favorite as well..

I think its because Pablo was so much more imposing of a figure. More raw, emotional...more personable somehow at the same time.

I loved Felix confidence when dealing with those higher on the food chain. He had a way of making them come to his level. When he hit Pablo with the things one can control commentary Pablo stewed on that shyt looking on his own travails like “this niqqa aint lying.” shyt scored him the deal.

Which is why i liked Don Nesto. Initially after acting like a jerk towards him, He recognized it in Felix.

Maybe it was because I watched this mostly after work, but I didn't think it was as good as the first 3 seasons. They also downplayed the torture Kiki was put through to a degree, but I know why. I mean, his family is still alive and you don't want it to be torture porn. His character really wasn't likable though, but I guess they said in real life he was sort of an a-hole. Don Neato was the most interesting person on the show tbh. Dude was like the whole time. Even the government officials were more boring than the Columbia dudes. But then again, this is the calm before the storm. THe fukkery of Columbia doesn't happen to the same degree without the shyt these dudes did to Kiki.

If Rafa never kidnapped Kiki, then Pablo probably wouldve been president of Columbia if you really think about how it played out.
