Off-topic but it always bother me when non-USA blacks try to ignore the anti-black sentiments that's universal. Especially ones from the motherland continents.

Had a an broad from Senengal tell me "we don't have them issues back home y'all Have here cuz we didn't go through any civil right movement:takedat:"

That's normal. Chelsea fans didn't like it when Drogba used to leave to play in the AFCON. Hell they didn't even like it when a bench warmer like Mikel left to play.

Some fans even said they AFCON should be played AFTER the euro season so the clubs won't be affected :mjlol:
Why is this funny. I'd want the tournament played at a different time as well:what:

The issue is that in the summer it's probably too hot so it is what it is.

International duty consists of 1 to 2 fixtures you realize AFCON is a TOURNAMENT played mid-season with at the minimum 3 matches your comparison is way off

Both of these.

I don't know if people just don't know/understand, or they're being purposefully obtuse to stir the pot.

Stop it, lets not do this. You know stuff, you don't know certain stuff.

Lets not make this into "look I'm smart cause I know about this".

He's asking a question, answer his question instead of this.
The question was answered and he still continued arguing.

His questions shows he has little to no idea about the colonization of Africa by Europe. Thats years of education that he either didn't retain or didn't get. That concerns me about our educational system. Nothing to do with someone being smarter than someone else, and everything to do with our system failing people. Knowing history does not make you smart or intelligent. It just makes you learned.

Considering Africans have had to deal with fleeing home lands for various reasons beyond their control over the past 30-40years. Such as genocide due to civil wars, famine, family members, split apart, imprisoned, tortured, raped, killed or the young taken to supplement militia/rebel armies. And then moving to a new country sometimes multiple countries trying to start a new life for a family sometimes a couple of generations deep and adjusting to a new culture, working multiple jobs for minimum wage or less. Why should they give a fukk about first world problems, which are at best most of the time, trivial compared to what they've gone thru in their lives.
