France, a country with black people in it, currently has a majority black sports team. If these kids were all immigrants there could be some conversation but they're not. They're 1st, 2nd, even some 3rd generation immigrants. Born Frenchmen playing for the French team.

im confused what youre asking for. do you want to know about the history of french colonialism?

colonized peoples tend to immigrate to the countries which colonized their culture. this is why britain has a high indian population, its why many algerians live in france. its a lot easier to adapt to a culture that has already forcibly altered your own and that youve already been forced to learn the language of.

france colonized much of central africa so a number of africans prefer to immigrate to france than other european countries.

as far as why african-french people choose to play for france? well remember you need citizenship in a country to play for them and many black frenchmen dont have citizenship for their country of ethnic origin. also european football associations have much better resources (ie money) than african counterparts. like if you play for france youre much more likely to go to the world cup than if you play for CAR. this is pretty obvious, its a lot easier to funnel money into football as a country if you arent still fukked up by another country colonizing you.
