Why would he publicly be reasonable in his indication that if mngt stopped p*ssyfooting, he'd def Consider agreeing to waive the NTC?
This is the best news I've heard about Melo and his it actually counters ALOT of the negative personality traits people have been subscribing to him.
The realistic scenario I'm hoping for is Phil grows balls, Melo waives, and they send him to a playoff bound team for salary matching and a few 2nd rounders - pennies on the dollar but still a win/win - and we sell off Rose's expiring or just finish the season with Knicks youth playing hard and getting a good prospect.
Melo fans are not grieving about this at all.Nor are the anti-tank brehs.
