Ball is a better fit for this team I believe. Fultz is more ball dominant. Simmons said it the best, 10 years ago a lot of these guys would be shooting guards. But cause of AAU, the best player always dominated the ball so we just kept calling them PGs. Not saying I'd be mad if we drafted Fultz, but I just really love Ball's ability to run an offense. The difference he's made for a UCLA team that wasn't good last year is night and day.
The problem though is that while Ball is great at moving the ball, Fultz is much better in the PnR than him both as a passer and as an attacker. Also, building around Fultz would be more straightforward, with Ball to really maximize his talent you'd need to get some athletic wings to run with him, he's going to need a team with athletes to push tempo. I like Ball's game a lot, but he's not the homerun can't miss prospect people seem to think he is. It'll take a smart FO to put the right pieces around him, and ultimately pairing him with Porzingis would probably mean you'd need to speed up Kristaps transition to C.
Those two fukking wins are going to come back to bite us, again.
Maybe, I think the Knicks will get to 4 though, the Sixers are really competitive and will win a few more unless they shut down Saric. Henningan is trying to save his job so I'd expect them to keep at it until the final game, and the Kings get two lottery picks so they aren't that pressed to tank either, the Knicks have to get to that top 4.
