I would've never suspected you to be the one to rat me out Tre :discount:

but yeah, I used to live in Fordham Hill. It is referred to as a gated community due to the fact that there is no access to any of the buildings without getting through security. Everything is well kept, they don't tolerate any of the hood bullshyt you'd find in most other areas, and like Tre said right by Manhattan (207 St is right over the bridge).

Moms still lives there actually. If you got the $ to drop on it (it's a co-op but I think some ppl rent out apartments) it's money well spent

u don't know what you talking about, there are many REALLY nice pockets of areas in the BX. Unless you got the dough to cop one of those midtown Manhattan apartments, any crib you get will be small as fukk. BX apartments are almost across the board bigger than Harlem shyts. My friend lives in a studio in Harlem and I can fit her apt four times in my dad's 2 bedroom.

they call it BoCoCa, the hipsters. All the old italians are angry, it's like the all of "south brooklyn" is almost gone. (Carroll Gardens/CobbleHill/Boruem Hill)

Bay Ridge ans Sunsent Park are next and those areas aren't even grimey. Sunnnyside, Woodside, Maspeth/Ridgewod/Glendale/Middle Village in Queens, are other white areas with folk saying the same thing black/latinos in bushwick/crown hights/bed stuy are saying. This is a cultural and economic problem.

Man I thought paying $1250 for a 3 bedroom in Co-Op City was too much, now I'm looking at the rest of NYC and see how good we had it.

Riverdale
Country Club

Those are the only nice areas in the borough. Everywhere else is the hood. Back blocks with some new row houses don't change the facts that crime is still high and shyt is still fukked up in the neighborhood as a whole.
