nikkas laughed when i said New York brehs should move to the Newark area as it is not a big cultural change, relatively cheaper, and has great transit
my own family is full of city workers that live in Jersey

The funny part is that new jersey is preparing for new yorkers to basically be pushed out into there an. Thats why I wouldn't be surprised if the amazon new hq was selected to be there. New jersey is about to be the next big hub

I'm not looking forward to this. My house is already almost surrounded by homes with NY plates parked in. :mjcry:

SAN ANTONIO SPURS NY DIVISION
It's too simple to think everyone is corrupt if that were the case the system would breakdown entirely. Most people are just trying to survive at the end of the day.

We're reaching them limits of capitalism.

That's pretty much what political donations are sponsoring...
If Starbucks drop 5 figures, they expect to be looked out for..

:wtf: can you elaborate what happened?
In general, the posters at City-Data are gleeful about gentrification because it cleans out the "trash" aka black people out of the area. Btw, most of the NYC posters there are either wealthy transplants who live in the gentrified areas, Irish/Italian cacs who live in neighborhoods too boring/out of the way for gentrification or broke transplants with fireworks in their ass excited about living in NYC and paying $650 a month to share an apartment with 3 other people. Then there's a minority of black/Hispanic/Eastern European/Asian people concerned about gentrification.

Why is sharing an apartment a problem? Saving money is only a problem on the coli. Asian and Spanish do it to save money for thier kids and family and if anyone else does it so what? Pocket watching isn’t a good look. If blacks did it we could save money build with each other and afford to stay in that area and when they meet a wife or whatever they have Money saved to buy or move to a decent area.

A Villa Straylight.
No. A "bubble" occurs when prices are artificially inflated. High real estate prices do not mean they are inflated. Real estate is cyclical; markets go up and down with supply and demand.

Prices are high in NYC because demand is high in relation to the supply of existing housing inventory. When demand decreases and there is excess supply, you will see a declining market where prices are decreasing. This is the cyclical nature of the real estate market.

I keep saying this. NYC will get bad again and prices will drop give it 5-10 years.
