I just meant there is plenty of cheap land that we could take advantage of. Alot people at that REIA owned property in the midwest. In all there is alot money out there to be made.[/QUOTE}
i couldn't do it fam lol

nikka you know what i meant lol. Basically moving down south in droves(which is happening right now) and buy up land, property from whites. I guess I used the wrong choice of words.
i'm actually interested on what black immigrants will do, since NYC, Miami, and DC are the biggest cities for black immigrants but you now see them bypassing those cities. one of the reasons why NY's black population dropped for the first time was because of less black immigration. i know alot of Nigerians go to Texas and Haitians to Florida but i wonder if this will continue. I also know that apparently Atlanta is starting to attract black immigrants

Florida is the only southern state that has the same Caribbean diversity similar to New York and Jersey. However the only place i would live is Miami. I heard Orlando is wack, boring and has high crime. Tampa i heard is wack. Tallahassee is redneckistan. Jacksonville is basically no nikkas territory. So outside Southern Florida the rest of the state is wack. And i am not seeing black people prospering in Southern Fl compared to the Cubans. Ill stick to ATL and just Florida to vacation.

This ATL dikkriding is unreal on here, like this city is some utopia. Correct me if I'm wrong it's in Georgia which is in the USA which can be ruined just like anyplace else. The governor of that state could under fund it. Cut services and let it decay to bring crime up job losses and let those homes be foreclosed on.people acting like its in the magic zone and is a safe haven.

Nah gentrification will only follow transportation and job centers. Certain places will remain dumps like Brownsville
Yep. Rent might become more expensive everywhere (and that goes for much of the country) but only certain neighborhoods will actually gentrify.
You do realize the 2 train line reaches not far from Mt. Vernon right.
Breh, it's like an hour an a half subway ride from 241st st to midtown Manhattan

Cacs with money want convenience

Sunset park. And the property taxes are pretty average. It isnt high like Bay Ridge,Boro Park or Park Slope but it is pretty hefty.

Atlanta isnt a utopia but you cant deny the property down there is cheaper then up here, plus the rent is cheaper. It is a good to start if you want to get into real estate. Atlanta also is also percieved as a Black mecca(which it isnt). Plus that ATL has high crime anyway not like it used to be. People just want to move to a place where they have the oppurtunity to do better. Nothing wrong with that. :yeshrug:

Red state or blue state if you are black you still catching hell. NYC is supposed to be the most progressive state but the cop that abused Abner Louima got promoted as a sergeant, Eric Garner got killed on tape and the cop still got let go. Thing is Georgia is on its way to be a purple state like Florida and North Carolina.

North Carolina and Florida aren't purple states, brah.

Take a hard look at what the state legislatures and governors are doing in the south and midwest. NY isn't easy but they're not actively targeting Blacks and minorities with predatory laws
The justice systems is a conversation onto itself really and is a national issue.

breh i plan on definitely investing in Newark. everywhere on the PATH is gonna gentrified. and i don't want to see brehs in 15 yrs talking about" :francis: Latinos and whites took over Newark breh idk what happened"

"BREH I SAW A CACETTE JOGGING DOWN CHANCELLOR!! :damn:"

"Nah cacs will never come to East Orange breh:aicmon:"

"Newark is too :demonic:to gentrify"

why yall saying this, cacs and Latinos gonna swoop in and take everything. Latinos are already inching towards being a majority in Newark and Orange.
Nah nikkas. get up on this shyt now.

It's starting already. I live in East Orange now and my building is full of older white folks and middle aged white dudes (probably recent divorcees). It's not just by the PATH, by NJ Transit as well. They're looking for anywhere with convenient access to Manhattan. Newark will be way different in 5 years but I heard the developers aren't looking to do anything past Bergen St.
