The people are poor, don't have resources to do anything about it and you don't think the landlords are dying to bring in people who pay on time, cause no problems ? Come on don't be naive, they taking it back. I go out allot and there are projects in the meatpacking district being privatized and people are already being evicted. I saw several white couples moving into recently.

What's Sunsets demographic? Chinese and Latino?

Born and bred in Sunset. Its Chinese and Mexican. The ricans that were here either moved to Fl, the Bronx, Uptown or PA. I know some who moved to Yonkers and White Plains. There is a fair amount of Dominicans, Guatemalans, Salvadorans etc. Sunset is wack now. The Mexicans are growing fast but its the next spot to gentrify. I alrwady see cac hipsters but so far its a fewnof them. But in 15 years Sunset will benthe next Williamsburg. The trians here take you to the city fast.

On the real NYC real estate is done. I went to an REIA meeting back in the fall in Manhattan. Alot of the people owned property put of state. And there was a lot of black folk too. Down south and midwest property is dirt cheap. Its time for black folks to reverse gentrify the south. Real estate can be done if you have lots of money in capital( 100k+ in savings or cash) and can deal with the regulations and taxes. In Long Island and places upstate its easy but here nah. Honestly i am planning to leave NYC. Brooklyn is expensive and the cheap areas are rundown and in the hood. Queens seems reasonable for the short medium term.

nikka you know what i meant lol. Basically moving down south in droves(which is happening right now) and buy up land, property from whites. I guess I used the wrong choice of words.

I just meant there is plenty of cheap land that we could take advantage of. Alot people at that REIA owned property in the midwest. In all there is alot money out there to be made.
