Just keep in mind it's not a long term solution. I would think about where you go once this runs it's course or you have to cycle off.

yea from what im reading i can up my carbs after a while. there is one guy on reddit who has stayed on it for 14 years and even powerlifts. his instagram name is darthluiggi.

omg that looks good lol.

i havent tried that but i tried something i actually saw on diners, drive ins and dives. a breadless pizza. i basically fried up a bed of 3 cheese mix and fried up some bacon chopped into bits and put them on top of the cheese. so it was basically a breadless and sauceless pizza. amazing tho :whew:

Feeling good too. Seem to be on track. Need to up my leafy greens intake according to my boy tho who is a nurse and has done keto before.

I've used it before for bullet proof coffee and ice cream, but once I ran out, I just used my coconut oil for medium chain fatty acids. How do you like/plan to use it?

I may have to supplement with that oil. It's weird because I honestly never feel hungry anymore and I feel like I have to force feed myself enough fat. I lowered my calories to 2000 a day just so I could lower the fat I have to take. I'm getting sick of force feeding myself avocados and, shockingly, cheese. I loved both. I eat plenty of nuts and seeds and fatty meats, but it feels like a chore to hit my fat macros which is odd, because I'm usually being careful not to eat too much. I'm even getting a little tired of bacon :wow:.

Still it's working because according to my keto sticks I have even more ketones in my urine(moved up to the next color code) and I'm losing weight. I'm at 271 as of this morning which is another 2 lbs since Friday. Probably just more water weight but still, insane. At this rate ima hit my target of 210 by March. I know it will slow down tho and I will plateau at some point.

So far this diet is delivering.

update

so i guess im hitting my first rocky patch. friday's weigh in i was back at 274 for some reason. then saturday night my mother made sancocho, which is a carb laden stew that she rarely makes but i love. i had 4 bowls during the course of the night :mjcry:.

yesterday i did good, but i guess eating all those carbs on saturday fukked me up, cause today im hungry as fukk. i havent eaten any carbs, but i been eating too much so far today and its not even 9am yet. ate like 4 slices of cheese, 2 string cheese sticks, like 5 strips of bacon, and some pork rinds i was saving. n im still feeling like a ravenous pregnant woman.

:shaq2: ima push thru tho and hopefully get myself back in ketosis if im out of it.
