I believe this rumor to be true thus a fact. Just because it's a rumor doesn't mean it's not fact. A rumor can be fact as long as it's true.

Now with that said, even though I believe Jay had sex with Foxxy I do not believe he Deserves to be punished for it due to the context of its time and Foxxy at least pudically stating she was not a "victim" of sexual abuse.

I was there when Foxxy blew up. I remember how sexualized she was, but I also remember thinking she was basically a grown woman without knowing her age at the time. There is no doubt in my mind she pursed a lot of these relationships for fame and a rap career. I do not view her as a victim although she was young at the time.

Same thing with Magic Johnson and Janet Jackson. Magic should not be punished for having a relationship with Minor Jackson
