@O Fenômeno

Heard a sample from a random clip off YouTube and instantly knew how I wanted to hear it. I copped the new Mpc software for ios but haven't gotten down on it yet

:ehh:

Love finding those songs where you're chopping it up in your head.

I use the mpc software mainly because of the arturia synths I have.

Been taking advantage of the auto sampler and sampling as much sounds as I can :lolbron:

Got the Jupiter 8,DX7, and Prophet vst as well as others...arturia is pretty dope. Paying it monthly on splice.

I added some bass with the my midi keyboard. I might chop it all up in mpc x or 2.0 whatever the software is called

Does the 4000 autosample?

Yes and no.

For instance if I only have a sample that's a note let's say C4, I can put that in a key group and it'll spread it across all pads or midi keyboard if it's hooked up and the sound will vary with each different pad/keyboard note.

I'd have to check but I think each note has a different pitch parameter.

It's not 100% accurate. At least I don't think so, but it gets the job done.

One of the cool things live has is their chord buttons. You can put it in chord mode and push the chord pad you want and it'll play different chords. Which is dope. I have a book that has all the pads so when a piano or something is mapped out I know what combo of pads to push together to get a chord.

Ahh..

Yea live has 'Pad Perform'

I use that to let me know what the notes of the scale are or to play them gospel/jazz chords..I can play basic chords myself though.
