Probably because they actually bothered to read the facts of the case.. The gun was his mothers register gun. She kept it in the car. He grabbed it from the car. There is nothing to question.

YEA...

THATS THE CHILD NEGLIGENCE
CHARGE SHE GOT HIT WITH...

LEAVE A LOADED GUN IN
THE CAR WITH A CHILD BREAHETTES.

OR WAS THAT A FALSE ARREST CHARGE TOO?

They obviously didn’t feel as though she was actually guilty of child neglect since they dropped that charge too. You ranting and raving in here is not going to change that.

That there is called an opinion. A lot of y’all need to learn the difference between and opinion and a fact. It would prevent a lot of y’all looking stupid on here.
Brother, what you said in the bolded is actually an opinion too.
They dropped the charges because they felt like the evidence couldn't meet the burden of proof.
that is a FACT
Not that they didn't feel as though she was actually guilty... That's your opinion.

It is very likely the DA felt like there is no reason to waste time and tax dollars fighting a case like this. Especially since social media has pretty made up their minds about the situation. Which obviously taints the jury pool

After the normal self defense shot they chased him from the store shooting him multiple times. DA cut them a break. Brown should've grabbed his food and Left and then nothing happens

The news reported this when it first happened. That's why I thought they were screwed.

It appears all the shots took place in the store, so the charges were dropped, I'm assuming because the news and the DA weren't clear about this.

Either way Foxx was like

It’s never about how they personally feel. Bring guilty means the evidence proves beyond a reasonable doubt that you did what they say you did. That’s what guilty means in this situation. Not if they personally felt she was wrong or not. Clearly they did not feel like having a loaded gun in the car was evidence of child endangerment. If so, they would have kept those charges and just dropped the murder charges.

YOU JUST MADE THAT UP.

"Brown fled the restaurant, but the teen followed him outside and fired more shots as Hood instructed him to continue shooting and to kill him, prosecutors said"

SHE SIMPILY CAVED TO SOCIAL PRESSURE.

If they could paint her as ghetto they would have never dropped the charges.
The reailty is she was arguing with the guy this was not a woman in fear for her life.
it was a woman that was talking shyt back to a man that had no issue hitting a woman

If that happened I don't blame them. Breh could've been running for the strap. I always read on here never shoot to wound. If I hit a Chicaco street nikka and and he runs to the parking lot presumably to his car I'mma keep firing.

Well, Yes it is... Since they have to make the decision on what cases they are going to spend tax dollars on to prosecute. It does come down to a personal decision and how they personally feel about a case.
This is basically the reason why people vote and elect people to certain office... so in certain cases, if it comes down to it... they might have their best interest at heart.

Obviously having a loaded gun in a car where a minor can have access to it can be considered a crime. Can we both agree on that?
And Ms. Hood should have had her day in Court for them to prove she was guilty of this crime.

So like you said "they didn't FEEL like having a loaded gun is child endangerment"
Exactly....they made a decision based off feel, rather than what's actually lawful.
But This is not abnormal

We see it a lot racially. How blacks get tried for certain things and whites don't. We see it with sentencing as well.
