I was thinking they should wait also.
But I just know if I was on that side of the equation, I would want to get the ball rolling immediately.

I think people are not really getting it in regards to the prosecution dropping the charges. Prosecution felt as if they couldn't meet the burden of proof to get a conviction in criminal court. That does not mean the mother and son where not guilty of some wrong doing, and the burden of proof in a civil case is more lenient.

No one in the media asking why a 14 year got a gun?
After the normal self defense shot they chased him from the store shooting him multiple times. DA cut them a break. Brown should've grabbed his food and Left and then nothing happens
She was too busy egging him on and laughing. I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole shyt started because of her.I've seen a lot of comments on this asking why didn't the other men in there step in and calm the situation down. I didn't realize Mr. Brown's GF was there with him when this happened. Was she inside or waiting in the car too? If she was inside why didn't she pull her man to the side and say calm down?

Probably because they actually bothered to read the facts of the case.. The gun was his mothers register gun. She kept it in the car. He grabbed it from the car. There is nothing to question.
