some of yall are slow. The articles state the 1st shot happened when he hit the mother. The video only shows the 1st shot and matches the story. What the video doesnt show is what happened before the fight or after the first shot which is why they are in trouble. The argument clearly had been going on for a while before the video started cause dude is telling her just to take her food and go. The articles state the guy ran after being shot. The kid chased him down and shot him in the back and the mother told him to keep shooting and execute him. Then she tried told him to shoot the girlfriend/witness as well and when he didnt she tried grabbing the gun to do it but the kid didnt let her. Video is not the only evidence used in court. Eye witnesses and forensics are just as important and they can see where the body ended up (since he ran), determine how and where he was shot and find shell casings etc.

Doesnt matter what was said that led up to it. He punched her because he was fed up with her words and got shot for that. Unless you believe words are cause to punch a woman. Doesnt even really matter who the mother told the boy to shoot. It shows the boy had enough sense not to listen to his emotional mama and kill innocent people. He shot the one person he saw as a threat
No, the mom told the son to go to the car when the argument started, instead the son grabbed his moms gun and came back to dude beating the shyt out of his mom.

While your right about some of the motivations in here. She appears to have put her son in harms way by not shutting up and walking away. Rather have the last word than have her son not have to shoot somebody. At the end of the day we know women are emotional,buddy died matching the womans energy. The son the only one who seems to have emotional intelligence. Based on the fact he didnt just start shooting everyone she allegedly told him to.

I guess the jury will decide that. You can shoot someone in the back to stop what you consider a threat. What a child can rightfully consider a threat can differ greatly from an adult.
The article is written to make the mother look terrible but I knew something was up once I saw the background of all parties. The mother is educated, makes a decent living, and has good children. They made it sounds like the mother started an argument, then called her son to come kill people. But the actual facts is that the mother told her son to go wait in the car to protect him, her son grabs a gun and comes back to see this dude beating his mom.
This was a justified shooting imo.
