Some people have this crazed exaggerated paranoia that EVERYONE is going to colonize Africa. Its worse with the Chinese. Morocco like said before just sees a geo-political and economical advantage aligning more with Africa. It has zero wityh them trying to take over Africa or some pan-Africanist kumbuya shyt.
