Interesting to hear the timeline of what happened:

• Troy reaches out to Monty the day he was fired. Monty tells him about his wife and he may not be ready to coach next szn
• Troy goes to interview Ollie and the Bucks dork. Gores isn't impressed
• Gores asks Troy if they should loop around on Monty again and give him a godfather offer. They confirmed that was the one and only offer and there wasn't a negotiation process.

The Gores bag was a great gesture, but Monty doesnt come here without Troy Weaver.
