Monty has done some weird things especially the Ivey situation but way too early to make any judgements about him. He’s been a decent coach everywhere he's been so far

Bargain coaching ain’t the worst thing we can do. Maybe we should hire a hungry young candidate with potential. Whoever we bring in is gonna fail because of the lack of talent anyway.
