Utah Ballpark renderings just released a few days ago. Utah is very serious about acquiring a MLB and NHL franchise.

I think in terms of getting an expansion team Utah, Charlotte , Montreal and Nashville are probably the leaders in the clubhouse. Going to be interesting to see what two cities end up with a team

I think Raleigh has a bit more momentum than Charlotte at the moment. But my bet fir the expansion teams are Nashville and Portland...

Government and MLB need to step in. If you buy into a major sports franchise (not just MLB) and dont do everything to be the best or at least compete at top levels -- which requires money invested, then you need to forfeit the team rather forced or not

I watched their game today they have very little MLB talent. It’s embarrassing how bad they are. They are in baseball purgatory.

Protesting was years ago for this franchise. I honestly don't think they're in the consciousness of the Bay anymore. Like they don't even exist up there anymore.

I regularly see A’s fan pages online talking about organizing actions to try generating pressure to force a sale. I don’t think it’s apathy at all.

I remember the Expos in their dying last few years before they went to PR and eventually DC. They wouldn't even give you player stats. It would just be the attendance on Sportscenter or Baseball Tonight.
