I think SLC is the favorite and is Sacramento’s competition for an expansion team in the western part of the US. While one of Montreal, Nashville or Charlotte/Raleigh gets a team out East.

Sacramento has die hard fans but once the novelty wears out not sure you’ll see fans in droves watching a 10-40 A’s team in the middle of the summer in hot Sacramento. That shyt might work against Sacramento in terms of getting a team long term tbh
