Finally got a chance to listen to her comments and she's right. The Tropicana site isn't the greatest and the team was offered 60 acres in the historic West side for use. That land is by freeways and is owned by the city so it would be cheap.

They turned it down. Let them work something out with Oakland or let them go to Utah. Utah seems to actually want them

You know Utah probably would give a lot of support to a baseball team, u probably could put a football team there too

Utah Ballpark renderings just released a few days ago. Utah is very serious about acquiring a MLB and NHL franchise.

I think in terms of getting an expansion team Utah, Charlotte , Montreal and Nashville are probably the leaders in the clubhouse. Going to be interesting to see what two cities end up with a team
