Ballpark renderings just released a few days ago. Utah is very serious about acquiring a MLB and NHL franchise.
I think in terms of getting an expansion team Utah, Charlotte , Montreal and Nashville are probably the leaders in the clubhouse. Going to be interesting to see what two cities end up with a team
