I loved this but I have a hot take. Red hot take: Mission Impossible is basically Fast and Furious franchise with better taste and upscaled production.
Thx for the good reviews, I enjoyed it. I haven't watched a full new Hollywood film since 2018 (Fallout)!
Great global scenery (The Venice scenes reminded me of 'Casino Royale' 2006). Time flees! The story line is easy to follow, and some fine White Chicks are included in the cast. Hayley Elizabeth Atwell slightly resembles Victoria Beckham to me.
That production budget was worth it. Hopefully the film wins some awards next year. Cruise stays in shape!
Sidenote, Actors Esai Morales - Gabriel is from Brooklyn, NY and Vig Rhames - Luther is from Harlem, USA.

Mission Impossible has a new angle about Ethan Hunt and how he’s now mostly motivated by doing right by his friends.
Especially apparent when Simon Pegg’s gets the riddle about what does he value the most: “my friends”.
It must have been a real long time since you've seen MI2.
Because this being slightly above MI2 is real crazy to someone who saw them both within 48 hours of each other

Problem is maverick was a anomaly and most figured it would boost this film and it didn’t
This box office is in align with the series in general for gross and was never a billion dollar franchise where a film gross that cuz none of them have period
I think it will do fine and have legs like I’ve been saying only issue was budget fukked it up cuz of covid and was getting shot back to back but had to stop so those 2 things made it go up
