Made by his Garvyite parents.

The nation just saved him when he was lost

What do you think Cesar Chavez was?

What do you think Trump is for most White people?:gucci:

And where would people who've been slaves for 400 years and kept out of all facets of wealth & power get a library the same quality or better?

That was always the dumb part of the anti-integration argument from Black people.

There's no such thing as having equal quality things when White people have ALL of the money & power.
There were Black communities that were financially better off than the average white community after slavery u dumb fukk

some of this sounds very familiar :jbhmm:
The Missing Malcolm X
Malcolm would return to one of his favorite folk metaphors: the fox and the wolf. Like Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson was a liberal fox who would eat you with a grin. Goldwater, by contrast, was a vocal opponent of the Civil Rights Act, the wolf who would eat you with a scowl. But both the fox and the wolf, Malcolm was fond of pointing out, belong to the same family. In “The Negro,” he called Democrats and Republicans

This is d@mn near the same as what he was discussing on this small panel. If I'm not mistaken, this was at Berkley in 63'. It's almost as if nothing has changed.

There is some great information in the article but I disagree with some of the points the author is stating. The significance & influence that religious leaders have in our communities points to the fact that we are/were raised and socialized to look for and follow the direction of leaders. We follow that pattern when it comes to social / political movements That's why so many of our leaders historically have come from the clergy....(or spiritual leaders from native belief systems).

It SHOULD be about movements with no defined leader or front person, but those types of movements are the rare exception for our people.

To reach a political objective, you need a leader/organization.

THOSE PEOPLE WERE NOT THE MAJORITY.

That's like saying that because there's rich Black people in the NBA or Hip-Hop or Oprah or the Obamas, that we could compete with White people in terms of infrastructure and wealth today.

60% of Black people lived in poverty in the 1960s.

What do you think those numbers looked like in the 1930s?

There's no way that Black people could financially compete with White people at any point in America, even during Reconstruction when there were wealthy & powerful Blacks.

Most of this countries wealth has been White wealth for 400 years.

Segregation was always bad for Black people in Amerikkka, because White people stole all of our wealth and continue to.

It would only work if that hadn't happened
