Bud should have been fired years ago and was always on borrowed time, so I won't put that on Giannis. People forget all of the failures that team experienced over the years in spite of their regular season success and last season with Miami wasn't a one off thing.

Yes there was. He isn’t a good postseason coach And they lost 4-1 in the opening round after having the best record in the NBA.

This, though it would be interesting to see him as coach with Dame on the team. Giannis had put pressure on the FO to make a move after they'd already canned Bud. But going out 4-1 to an 8th seed with the best record in the NBA would get anybody canned.

You're not wrong at all, but Giannis gets the benefit of a doubt as he isn't as blatant with his moves and demands in the way that someone like Bron is. That more than anything is what helps Bron get the slander that he does.

I definitely do believe Giannis should get pressure on him via the media if they flame out again. If we gonna keep it real, a lot of guys have gotten heat for less than shyt like this. And another thing is imo Giannis has to this point failed to adapt with a player like Dame, he hasn't screened hard for him enough like he did for Khris, at times he wants to dominate the ball/chuck jumpers and do his own thing when the team doesn't really need that from him.

Giannis shouldn't be compared to Lebron because their situations aren't the same at all.

Giannis isn't out here being passive aggressive during interviews and social media while using the media to do his bidding like Bron does. Giannis has also been loyal to that organization even when he didn't necessarily have to be. He didn't have to sign the extension in the offseason, but did it anyways so it wouldn't become a distraction to his team. With that being said, Milwaukee has done right by Giannis compared to other superstar players in the league.

I won't put Bud's firing on Giannis as he should have been fired long ago and only last as long as he did because of KD.

Giannis doesn't have a sports agency either, manipulating the market, weakening other teams and getting cheaper free agents on the Lakers.

I promise we dont have to defend or rationalize BS breh. Bron is known as passive aggressive (he is)...thats the opposite of blatant . He gets slander because...well at this point its just reflexive. People dont even know why they hate him or cant bring themselves to admit the real reason so they just make up reasons. Giannis isnt viewed as a threat to anyones diety so he gets a pass. And I am ok with that. I dont want Giannis to get any slander because its silly and frankly sad with Bron so if we can end it with him we'll be better off.

It's interesting that no one in here has yet to put any blame Jon Horst for the current issues with this team like trading 5 second round picks (that they could use now) for Crowder who has been a bust for them. It's also overlooking how poor at drafting they've been under his tenure, which has helped put them in the situation they're in now. It should be noted that he wasn't the one that drafted Brogdon.

If Bud benefitted from winning the championship that helped buy him more time, then Horst did as well.

It's why I won't put the teams current issues on Doc as even Nurse would be stuck dealing with an aging core and no youth to come help save them.
