Maybe the XFL owns some tech or other intellectual properties that they can license off/sell to the NFL or other companies.

I'm guessing this could be the case if he has any football movies on his docket and doesn't want to pay the NFL for licensing.

When the BLM movement exploded into the mainstream with George Floyd's death, remember how all companies suddenly became BLM supporters?

And remember this?

Nothing against The Rock whose intentions may be good, but supporting progression and making Kaep (including his famous Nike deal) the face of the sport are no longer as "controversial" as MAGA heads would make you think.
It shouldn't be controversial but it is.

And Kaep would be doing the most too with any league he ends up in...which good, he should.

But there's a big difference in saying "We support BLM" and doing small gestures like names on jerseys or social media hashtags and then having someone like Kaep who would be using the platform to constantly speak about racial equality.

Like I said, 2020 just may have caused a shift, and maybe someone sees Kaep and thinks everything that comes with it is GOOD for your brand. Rock has never straddled that deep in the rabbit hole when it came to hardcore BLM so we'll see.

And this is if Kaep even wants to do the XFL.

Plus I think a lot of the people are overlooking how bad the new NFL CBA is for the players. I'm sure a lot of them aren't happy with the new deal.
Your XFL optimism is cute but there will never be a time when any player who can play significant minutes and make significant $ in the NFL opts out to be in the XFL unless he has a strategic machine behind him.

The XFL will always be a league for majority of the players wanting to use it as a springboard to get to the NFL and there's nothing wrong with that.

I wonder if Rocky pulled a Mike Jack and told Vince he was gonna buy the XFL and dude laughed thinking he was joking.

Vince probably pulled up to the auction with 8 crisp hundred dollar bills still in the bank envelope thinking he was about to get the deal of a lifetime

Slightly off topic, but The Rock and Dany Garcia have the best working relationship I have ever seen in ex-partners in marriage. She is still his manager and they are both eating and growing their businesses, and living their own lives. We never see that happen but Im happy for them.

WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon is at today's RAW taping but his mood was described as "volatile"

:mjlit:

That because he has to wake up every morning at his old age knowing that hes nothing but an old carny bytch, and he will never break out from that mold. His dream of owning a major football league is now over.
Old piece of shyt deserves all the ether burning his soul right now
I am legitimately happy for Rock as well as for Vince's failure

when is the next XFL game brehs
