I been telling you internet analysts this was gonna happen. Common sense clearly show Luck did more with less and had the better season.
Deal with it
He did play a significantly easier schedule than the other rookie QB's. Was it really more with less? Were the Colts really that bad last year or was it more of the loss of Peyton? They were winning 10+ games every year before that.
The Colts were 2-14 last year and the Redskins were 5-11.
If you subtract RGIII and Luck's personal rushing #'s the team rushing #'s look more like this:
WAS - 1894 yds 118 YPG
IND - 1416 YDS 89 YPG
And we all know that yes Alfred Morris is good, but he does benefit from RGIII's running presence and how he holds the defensive ends... just look back at those years in Atlanta when Vick and Warrick Dunn would lead the league in rushing or how Tebow and the Broncos did it last year. If you put Alfred Morris on the Colts this year I don't think he gains over 1600 yards. More like 1200. The difference is RGIII.
The Colts defense was ranked higher than the Redskins in YPG and PPG.
RGIII had 7 turnovers, Luck had 23.
