As jovial as Shaq was, no way he’d let a kid tell him what he needs to do with himself, even if LeBron told him in a kinder way than Kobe. Shaq is a prideful guy, Kid LeBron in place of Kid Kobe wouldn’t have changed that. The Kobe/Shaq situation was just as much Shaqs pride and ego as it was Kobe’s. LeBron would’ve been frustrated with Shaqs physique and rehab but Bron would’ve expressed his frustration in a passive aggressive way. Shaq would’ve caught on, and it would’ve been the same result as we saw with Shaq-Kobe. It would’ve been 3peat and done. Either bron would’ve been gone, or Shaq.

I tell you what, I firmly believe LeBron would have been a better player if he was in Jordan's era. The way the game was called (allowing a little more physicality), the slowness to it, that's more LeBron's style. The flopping in the league during LeBron's time has been comical.

On another note, all the Kobe stans gonna be upset, but if LeBron played with Shaq, they would have had much more success, probably never split, and just dominated.

People are mixing up Jordan's success/resume with his physical ability. If you take Jordan's mindset and give it to LeBron....Bron probably has 10 rings and 45k points by now.

Bron was always more like Magic. Competitive, oversized point guard that could lead a team with versatility. They're just not borderline nuts like Jordan and Kobe.

Bron will flop and do shyt because that's what the game is today. Why do folks think a breh the size of Karl Malone with MJ athletic ability is gonna be soft in the 80s? He would dribble right past Rodman, Dumars, Laimbeer and Mahorn and tomahawk dunk. They elbow him for being a showboat and he'd do it again.
