It sounds like they are not guilty on the attempted murder charges on the other 3. Yet still deciding on whether he is guilty on jordan davis.

I'm sure they are hung up on the murder charge. Having a hard time sending a white man to jail for the rest of his life, especially over killing a black teen

wouldn't make any sense since they say they are hung up on the 1st degree charge
if they ruled him not guilty for 2nd degree then he's automatically not guilty for any encompassing charge

My sister, who works in the courtroom but wasn't assigned to this case, just texted me saying that they can't agree on a verdict so now the judge is giving them special instructions. It seems like as of now it's leaning towards a mistrial.
