How do you handle a kid that you tell to go to the principles office and instead he calls you a nger and says no while getting up in your face.At what point are kids and their parents held accountable for teachings in the home. The kid knew he was wrong for calling the teacher the slur. His mother knew that shyt was wrong too. Lessons are learned one way or the other.
Take care of your kids at home and raise them right unless someone else will leave them in a box! Then he wont be able to say a thing!

The teacher deserves whatever happens to him.
In your job you're held to a specific standard and his response wasn't warranted. The kid wasn't even a threat to himself or others. Same with cops.
Avoid trying to push 12 year old kids cause you can't handle the n-word.
