We are in agreement. Increasing the pool of black people at the entry level should increase the chances of advancement. (In theory anyway). At the very least, black kids get to eat.

That should be the whole point. Creating an avenue for folks to at least get their foot in the door. Which historically was not happening on a wide enough scale. I don't think the purpose was to have you walk in and become an exec out the gate
