It was a simple yes or no question in terms of who's in charge of leadership...:mjlol: and you couldnt even answer that
You already found a way to blame democrats companies getting rid of dei. What more are you trying to prove?

Having skills doesn't magically shield Black people from bias.
Of course not. But if a company or team isn't willing to hire a black person without being forced then that's not a situation they need to be at. Black professionals were mostly getting along fine before this stuff and they will continue to.

Are the democrats not in charge of everything in california!?!?:jbhmm:
The Dems said they would lower electric rates in the state assembly & did nothing but allow the PUC to allow every rate increase the utilities ask for . Most expensive utility rates , most expensive water rates , most expensive food prices , most expensive property taxes .

I got my friends nephew an internship that led to a $60K a year IT job out of college through a DEI program.

Now that I’ve started my business, supplier diversity programs are the lifeblood of many minority owned businesses. While it’s not technically DEI and these programs have been around for decades, if MAGAts focus their ire on those programs, it’s going to be a huge blow to minority businesses. Like a major blow.
That’s why I don’t takr anyone on here serious who always say what policies are being done that help black people. Then some get taken away it’s like so it wasn’t helping . When that’s not true

Black professionals weren't "mostly getting along fine" before, because if they were, there wouldn't have been a need for anti-discrimination efforts in the first place. These industries have always had a bias problem when it comes to Black people, from racist hiring practices to limited opportunities for promotion. And if we just shrug our shoulders at that, we're basically saying it doesn't matter when history shows it does.

Most house nikkas like him don't understand what dei initiatives do, in my company we have diversity initiatives since 2010, the purpose is to highlight implicit biases when it comes to hiring practices. We have seen a 200% increase in African American employees in various roles throughout the company since 2014. Is it perfect? No but we have went from having 1-2 black people in entire departments to 5-20 out of 40 people in all types of different roles

Racism ended somehow?
No idea what this shyt means.

I could respond but then I'll get dragged into a back and forth with somebody who isn't gonna change their views. Believe what you wanna believe. Then await reality. Any black person with actual skills and a competence isn't worried about this. Maybe you are.
