Harlem World was a moment no doubt, I was in like 7th grade I think...coming of age (no pun), literally EVERYBODY had that album and was knockin it and loving it, I played that ish like every morning on the headphones waiting for the bus, lol. Mase was the f'n man.

That said, Reasonable Doubt is way better, imo. HW may be a better worldly, big album...maybe musically better...but RD is just so superior lyrically and just feel wise, it's not close.
24 hrs to live is way, way, way better than anything on Reasonable Doubt.

Because after Harlem world it became cool to hate on badboy shortly after....years later all the GOATS let the world know ma$e is their goat and inspiration. People didn't realize how impactful and inspirational he was I guess :manny:

now u can actually trace back from what ma$e did and see who are sons of him.

For what its worth Harlem World is one of my favorite albums.
Lol mase made puff

The first single featured Mase. It was #1. "Been Around The World" was also a huge single which went #2 or #3. That's 2/5 singles that were huge featuring Mase.

Puff buzz was bigger than 98% of rappers before he started rapping. Before we even knew who Mase was

And Puff killed No Time btw

Mase was on "Only You" in 1996 as well.

Not saying the Puff feature on "No Time" wasn't good, but the buzz wasn't what it was until "Can't Nobody Hold Me Down" dropped.

And Puff was a dancer/mogul who droped cameos. People weren't looking for an album from Puff, so I don't know how you're saying his buzz was bigger than 98% of rappers before he started rapping.

Puff buzz was bigger than 98% of rappers. His name was everywhere. So all the music had to do was be ok and he was gonna be a star. Why do u think he started to rap? lol

Puff started to rap because other rap moguls/producers were doing it. Dre was successful at it. JD was doing it.

Puff's buzz wasn't a rap buzz. Who was checking for a Puff album on the strength of Puff being Puff without him rapping? You're not making sense.

That song is better than D’evils? REGRETS?!!? In what world bro?

Lol, nah, I respect your opinion, 24 hours is a classic posse record and was on fire. It’s just…them two records I mentioned are two of the greatest rap songs ever imho of course, they’re not even comparable records to me. 24 is dope…Regrets is a damn tear jerker, pause lol
