this looks WAAAAY better than I thought it would. Don't quite approve of Elsa Bloodstone not looking like Elsa Bloodstone, but I'm a HUUUGE fan of the history surrounding the Bloodstone Gem (if that's the bloodstone gem), so yeah, I'm in.

IGN gave this a 9. I wasn't aware that Michael Giacchino directed this. He's one of my favorite composers and has, in my mind, surpassed Hanz Zimmer as the top film composer. He's a big part of Disney so it's cool that they let him stretch his wings and direct this.

If bodies don't start dropping with violence and gore in the first 10 mins im out 
. Or if they manage to make a funny quip in the first ten minutes im out. Rather watch some classic tv horror shyt like master's of horror content thats made by the same goat horror director's from the 80's

I just hope it has the perfect tone. You can lean into the B-movie style without making it too cheesy. You can also lean into the Universal Horror style...I just don't want to see a sitcom parodying the Universal/B-movie style show.
Didn't know Elsa Bloodstone was in this. it doesn't look like her, but I suppose Pop Dukes will also be in this. But the Bloodstones mean that someone is coming back.

Not bad. I don't remember Man-Thing being that smart in the comics but
glad to see his fear touch take out a couple of the hunters.

They did an excellent job with Jack’s Werewolf look and Man Thing was impressive. I’d like them to keep building on this world and drop a new episode every Halloween or give Elsa her own show. About to watch Heavy Spoilers to see what references I missed.
