Marvel should not do Secret Wars

I didn't realize how dog shyt they do most of their characters until i started watching lore videos and other comic videos on youtube. Lowkey 98% of the mcu is ass.

IMO the main reason their somewhat rushing to Secret Wars is because they want to use the actors of the legacy Marvel characters before they get too old (Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, RDJ, etc.). The problem is with the trajectory of a lot of these projects (The Marvels is projected to a box office disaster) it wouldn’t surprise if some of these Legacy actors decide to pass on an appearance because the MCU lost its flair.

It’s either gotta be F4 or X-Men. Secret Wars seems cool with all the skrulls and imho would/could connect to the F4 if they wanted it to

Proper First ClassScott, Jean, Bobby, Angel, and Hank just keep it simple and introduce Magneto as the bad guy. Focus on the dichotomy between Prof X and Magnetos ideals while showing how the team forms it's own ideal to help

Nobody wants to see that

But no one else will be excited

Only way I see it working, is to have the O5, but introduce some of the All-New Xmen in the same movie

Next movie, have some of the O5 leave the team and introduce more

I'd like to see O5 era > Australian era > Gold and Blue era > Krakoa

But I know that's not going to happen

We’ll see, also another concern around the Legacy actors is how is Disney going to afford all of them? They all are going to demand big bucks since they all know how important they are to the movie. This has the potential to have a budget 3x the size of Endgame, but theirs no way it makes anywhere near to 3x the box office.

Iron Man and Black Widow are dead.
Black Panther is dead. (Should’ve recast him)
Hawkeye is gravely injured.
Disney buckbroke Thor and made the Hulk soft.
They’re getting ready to make Daredevil soft (if their treatment of Kingpin in Hawkeye is any indication).
Dr. Strange is a side character in his own movies.
They made She-hulk preachy and boring.
Shang Chi is MIA.
The Avengers broke up.
The Guardians broke up.
They’re taking way too long with the Fantastic Four, Doom, Silver Surfer, Blade, and X-men.
Nobody cares about the Inhumans or Eternals.
Spider-man is partially owned by Sony.
They jobbed out Reed Richards. (The one character who could have explained everything and helped this storyline make sense.)

So tell me, what is Marvel’s main attraction again?

I feel like nova could be a good new lead to replace iron man

They need the right actor and director to really make it work but character has the potential

Marvel just doesn't have any plans for him for some reason. Shame cause other less interesting characters have been getting movies and TV shows

Secret Wars, if it’s the Hickman version, should reset the MCU to some degree, unless they go all out.

And I don't care about Marvel vs DC, bit right now DC is willing to do more risks with shyt like The Batman and Joker
