im bout to start cutting and bulking as well..its that time and i havent lifted consistently in like 3 years, time flew by :snoop:

i was at my physical peak 175-185..dunking and shyt..still strong and quick..now i can only get rim :beli:

6 foot and a half 215 right now. my lower body strength/mass makes people think i weigh much less than i do but im trying to get back to my 6 pack days and take pressure off my knees and back a bit so i can do my job better and perform better when im on the courts. might even make a comeback in tennis depending on how much training i can get in

Down to 237 I had to gain sum muscle but a pound down can't hate on that thanks yall still smoke free my cardio getting good too uhoh

Weighed in at 187 today :wtf: :whoa::scust:

went from 176 to 187 in 3 weeks :merchant: veered off the clean eating and been eatin out too much almost everyday, only lifting 2 to 3 times a week. gonna dial the meals back and do some swimming for cardio now that its hot out
