im bout to start cutting and bulking as well..its that time and i havent lifted consistently in like 3 years, time flew by
i was at my physical peak 175-185..dunking and shyt..still strong and quick..now i can only get rim
6 foot and a half 215 right now. my lower body strength/mass makes people think i weigh much less than i do but im trying to get back to my 6 pack days and take pressure off my knees and back a bit so i can do my job better and perform better when im on the courts. might even make a comeback in tennis depending on how much training i can get in
