yeap yall was right its impossable to build muscle my body going into starvation mode what u think about 250$ month for a personal trainer and whats that half ball call
I wouldn't spend any money until you figure out what you want to do. Last week you were stressing about the scale moving and this week you want to build muscle.
You can do both to some degree but it's a slow process and building muscle while adding minimal fat is an even slower process.

Unless you are totally uncomfortable lifting I wouldn't spend the $ where you are now. A general beginner lifting program and moderate cardio should have you moving inn the right direction is the nutrition is correct.

If you are new to lifting you are going to gain some but it's not going to a lot. Your body composition will look much better but it's not going to be slaps of pure muscle.

Already bruh one day I'll be there 1 day

Im coming up on 3 years lifting consistently, my word of advise is right now since you are in the groove of cutting cut down as low as you can, because bulking if fun as hell and of you decide to do it do it for like a year, but be prepared for fat gains too, which is why i say get as lean as possible.

how tall are you again? if you are 6' or over then the 190-200lb range would be good, but then again genetics is a key factor because there are people who are 6' 200 but very little muscle mass. I`m 6'3 and weigh somewhere in the 260s (:flabbynsick:) , but I have a ton of muscle mass, so if I were to get under 220lbs I would start to look sick and deathly maybe.

im scared of lose skin bruh im coming down from 288 :merchant:

thats why you go slow so your skin can catch up/stay consistent with your weight loss, and when you eventually bulk you will "fill out", but a little lose skin may be inevitable but it is what it is. I lost 90+ lbs and didnt have lose skin, more so stretch marks.
