Didn't officially enter but im down to 185-187. Had some set backs in may due to graduations and other events but over all, I still lost weight.

I was 212-215 at the end of march, so for me, this is pretty good. Ive kept a lot of my strength and have remained injury free so far.

Key for me is not over working and trusting in my diet. im pretty much down to a diet of sliced turkey, chk breast, tuna almonds, boiled eggs, lettuce and broccoli.

HIIT is still the shyt too. and im doing less than I did last year and seeing about the same if not better results.

Good shyt yall

Im still truckin all the way to September. Trying to get down to 180. Weighing in around 198 now. Learned a lot. So much. Biggies being, everyone is different. Lot of folks love cardio... that shyt kills all my lifts. Lot of folks like stimulants... that shyt kills my sleep. And u have to embrace hunger to make progress. I tightened up my diet and now Im damn near always hungry. Cant wait for this shyt to be over. But nothing worth having comes easy
